What You'll Do As a Maintenance Mechanic / Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy industrial equipment and facility systems. Industrial Maintenance Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, drives, and other machinery components. Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they impact production. Electrical Troubleshooting Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480V. Replace motors, sensors, relays, switches, and other electrical components. Troubleshoot three-phase power systems and production equipment controls. Hydraulics & Pneumatics Diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot cylinders, valves, pumps, and fluid power components. Maintain equipment to maximize performance and reliability. Welding & Fabrication Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed. Modify equipment and structures to improve functionality and efficiency. Technical Documentation Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings. Document maintenance activities and repair work accurately. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in manufacturing or heavy industry. Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with three-phase systems up to 480V. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and industrial machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Welding and fabrication experience. Experience maintaining overhead cranes, slitters, or metal processing equipment. Technical training, certifications, or vocational schooling related to industrial maintenance. Experience in steel, metal processing, manufacturing, or other heavy industrial environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
