Responsibilities - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on plastic injection molding machines. Troubleshoot and repair auxiliary equipment, including material dryers, chillers, thermolators (temperature control units), granulators, conveyors, and robotic sprue pickers. Inspect belts, fluid levels, filters, and moving components, replacing or calibrating them as needed. Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic blueprints, and mechanical drawings to isolate faults. Required - High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically working with plastic injection molding machinery. Strong hands-on expertise in industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (up to 480V). Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics. Proficiency in using digital multimeters, calipers, and other diagnostic/precision tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during equipment breakdowns.
Preferred:
Associate's Degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field. Experience troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and robotics (e.g., Wittmann, Yushin, FANUC). Forklift and overhead crane operation certificationPay:
