  • $29•31 p/h Position Overview A growing manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations.
This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining injection molding machines and related systems to ensure reliable, efficient production. This is a hands-on position requiring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Disassemble and inspect equipment to identify root causes of failure. Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to support troubleshooting. Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime. Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules within internal systems. Support facility systems and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety standards and procedures during maintenance activities. Assist with additional maintenance or improvement projects as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical training, trade school, or associate degree preferred. Strong troubleshooting ability across hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Experience with robotics or automation equipment is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial conditions. Requires extended standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity throughout the shift. High attention to safety and detail required when working with machinery.
