Maintenance Technician Details:

Contract to Hire position $26.00 /hour Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am) Strong Mechanical Aptitude Injection Molding Machine Repair and Maintenance Fault finding and Trouble Shooting Experience Heater Controls, Valve Gate Controls and Thermolators Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and prints Over Head Crane and Forklift Operations Hydraulics and Pneumatics Optical, Inductive, Capacitive sensors Contactors, starters, relays, switches Power supplies and transformers Motors and Motor starters Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software Knowledge of Common Machine Guarding Devices. Bumper Strips, Light Curtains, Pressure Mats, etc.

• Lock Out Tag Out General machine safety, electrical safety and machine guarding: high level of safety awareness (OSHA, NEC and RIA) Supports Quality System for

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years Machine Repair and Maintenance experience. PLC hardware and software.
