Required Experience & Qualifications Significant industrial maintenance experience is required.

Candidates should have:

Extensive hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment . Significant experience with Siemens controls/PLCs . Significant experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and controls . Significant experience with FANUC controls and systems . Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Extensive mechanical maintenance and equipment-repair experience. Ability to independently diagnose complex machine failures. Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Strong understanding of industrial electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems. Demonstrated experience working safely around industrial machinery. Tools & Overtime Requirements This position requires employees to provide their own tools necessary to perform the position. Candidates must also be available to work significant overtime , including extended hours and weekends based on production and equipment needs. Overtime availability is an essential requirement of the position. Work Environment This is a hands-on position in an active CNC manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician must be comfortable working around production machinery, troubleshooting equipment under time-sensitive conditions, and supporting a multi-shift manufacturing operation. This is not an entry-level maintenance position. We are seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional with substantial CNC and controls knowledge who can independently troubleshoot and repair sophisticated manufacturing equipment.

Pay:

$34.00 - $40.00 per hour
