The Marketing & Brand Manager at Victory Field Operations owns the company's full brand strategy, digital presence, social media, thought leadership, and event marketing, building VFO's national visibility and positioning the CEO as a recognized industry leader across priority markets.
ABOUT VICTORY FIELD OPERATIONS
Victory Field Operations (VFO) is a national field operations firm that turns high-stakes strategy into measurable outcomes through accountable execution, field intelligence, and disciplined operations at scale. VFO serves campaigns, corporations, and organizations across a range of specialized service lines including ballot access and petition management, corporate and field intelligence, campaign and field programs, public affairs and advocacy, and data center intelligence. Built on integrity, driven by victory, and defined by excellence, VFO operates by a simple conviction: field wins races.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE VFO
has a clear, recognizable, and differentiated brand with consistent messaging across every platform, and the right decision-makers in priority markets know who VFO is and what makes it different. The CEO's professional brand is growing with intention, with a steady pipeline of podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and thought leadership content that directly strengthens VFO's credibility and market position. Every major conference and sponsorship VFO attends has a defined strategy, a prepared team, and a post-event review that connects marketing investment to measurable business opportunity.
OBJECTIVES
Develop and own VFO's brand positioning, messaging, and voice, ensuring consistency across the website, social media, presentations, events, and all external-facing marketing materials. Build and execute VFO's comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, maintaining a consistent publishing cadence and developing original content that showcases VFO's expertise, results, culture, and perspective. Develop and execute a long-term strategy for growing the CEO's professional brand and industry authority, including identifying and pursuing relevant podcasts, speaking engagements, panels, conferences, and media opportunities. Capture the CEO's ideas, experience, and voice and translate them into polished, compelling external content including thought leadership articles, social posts, speaker materials, and talking points. Own the marketing strategy and content direction for VFO's website, continuously evaluating messaging, structure, and user experience to move audiences from awareness to meaningful engagement and lead generation. Build and maintain a strategic content calendar, developing case studies, capability materials, executive briefs, and digital assets that translate VFO's operational results into powerful external-facing stories. Own the marketing side of VFO's corporate conference and sponsorship strategy, including booth branding, pre-event campaigns, collateral, lead-capture mechanisms, real-time content, and post-event marketing. Develop conference-specific Pre-Event Strategy Playbooks in partnership with Business Development, defining event objectives, priority targets, team assignments, messaging, and follow-up strategy for every major event. Build marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and support Business Development's revenue growth priorities, including landing pages, sales collateral, and targeted digital campaigns. Track and report on marketing performance metrics including website traffic, social growth, audience engagement, lead generation, and event ROI, and use that data to continuously improve strategy and resource allocation. Manage external vendors including designers, developers, and media partners, ensuring quality, accountability, and alignment to VFO's brand standards on all deliverables. Develop repeatable systems and processes for content, approvals, event execution, and campaign management that allow VFO's marketing function to scale as the company grows.
COMPETENCIES
Operates as both a strategist and an executor, comfortable developing the marketing vision and personally building the systems and content required to bring it to life without waiting for a large team. Writes with clarity and authority, translating complex operational work into compelling external narratives that connect with political, corporate, and public affairs audiences. Understands founder-led brands and knows how to grow an executive's professional platform in a way that strengthens the corporate brand rather than existing separately from it. Approaches social media as a strategic business tool, building audiences composed of the right decision-makers and organizations rather than simply accumulating followers. Designs and executes conference and event strategies with a business development mindset, ensuring every major event has a defined purpose, prepared team, and clear definition of success. Uses data to evaluate marketing performance and distinguish meaningful business results from vanity metrics, making resource decisions based on what is actually working. Manages multiple fast-moving priorities with discipline and follow-through, building systems that keep content, campaigns, and event preparation running on schedule. Exercises sound judgment about confidentiality and what can and cannot be publicly communicated, particularly in high-stakes political and corporate environments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in brand-building, digital marketing, or political and corporate communications will be considered. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience required, with a demonstrated track record building or significantly growing a company's brand, social media presence, and digital visibility. Proven experience with executive or founder brand development, conference and event marketing, content strategy, and lead generation required; experience in political, public affairs, or corporate field operations environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior leadership, manage external vendors, and operate independently in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with minimal oversight required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods developing content, managing campaigns, and coordinating marketing systems across multiple platforms and channels. Must be able to travel to conferences, sponsorship events, and VFO locations throughout the United States on a regular basis to support event marketing execution and content capture. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements of this role.
