ASP of Edmond is looking for an experienced Pool Service & Repair Manager to lead our service operations while remaining hands-on with pool equipment repairs and installations. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and replace residential pool equipment Install pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, lighting, and plumbing Troubleshoot 110V and 220V pool equipment Prepare repair recommendations and estimates Schedule and coordinate service calls, repairs, openings, and closings Provide technical support and direction to other team members Communicate with customers about repairs and equipment options Maintain accurate service notes, photos, and job information Keep your company vehicle, tools, parts, and inventory organized Help ensure service work meets ASP quality and customer-service standards What We're Looking For 3-5 years of pool equipment repair/service experience preferred Strong knowledge of pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, and electrical Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors and safely lift up to 100 lbs.
