Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman to join our team. This role works independently and with other team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for problem-solving. You will be responsible for executing a wide range of repair, installation, and building tasks. The Handyman Tech must have your own vehicle and tools you can use to complete the task. You will be compensated for mileage, time, plus commission. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Install and repair appliances. Complete remodeling projects Work with other team members when needed to complete tasks. Use power tools and manual handling techniques safely to repair equipment or perform heavy lifting tasks. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including safety inspections, repair logs, and implementation of safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in industrial or construction environments with hands-on repair and maintenance skills. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA safety standards and respiratory protection requirements. Experience with equipment repair, power tools operation, heavy lifting, climbing, and manual handling techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. $18.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 45.0 per week
