High SchoolResponsibilities Advanced Maintenance & Repair:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic machinery, including conveyor systems, power distribution, packaging equipment, and electrical panels.

Safety First:

Strict adherence to all OSHA safety codes and internal compliance protocols across every job site task.

System Diagnostics:

Monitor running equipment to pinpoint root causes of mechanical or electrical issues and implement long-term solutions. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM routines on time and accurately track all work orders, repairs, and parts usage in our software systems.

Operational Routines:

Oversee daily startup and shutdown protocols for critical plant machinery.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with production management to update maintenance procedures, reduce unplanned downtime, and track machine adjustments.

Mentorship & Training:

Provide direct, hands-on technical coaching to Machine Operators and maintenance staff.
