Full time plus pier diem Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential units and community facilities. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents. Stable company with consistent workflow across residential properties Team-oriented environment with supportive leadership Variety of day-to-day work across units and common areas Opportunity to grow skills across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Competitive pay, benefits, and steady work Duties & Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and minor repairs across residential units and common areas Conduct routine safety inspections of the property and report findings to management Inspect grounds daily, ensuring walkways, driveways, parking areas, and common spaces are clean and free of debris or hazards Utilize maintenance and cleaning equipment as needed, including ladders, basic tools, and cleaning supplies Support cleaning and sanitization efforts, including disinfecting high-traffic areas in accordance with safety guidelines Maintain attention to detail while handling tools, equipment, and cleaning materials Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed Minimum Requirements Maintenance experience in residential, property management, or similar environments Strong troubleshooting skills across general maintenance trades Basic knowledge of A/C, plumbing, sprinklers and electrical systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks # LI- EM1 # LI- onsite #
