ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair all critical assets to ensure their proper operating conditionProvide preventative and corrective maintenance on various electrical and mechanical systems; institute a repair plan, which is acceptable to the department supervisorFollow up with approved repairs immediatelyTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems down to the component levelMonitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is running in optimal condition, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as neededRead and utilize schematics (mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic)Perform construction work when needed, such as concrete finishing, painting, roofing, flooring, fabricating, etc.
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environmentRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required (experience will be considered in lieu of education)5+ years of experience with reading blueprints and correlating them to physical components, performing as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or production environment, repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systemsAbility to maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to company policies, quality policies, and industry standardsAbility to work overtime as requiredMust be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsDetailed oriented, organized, and able to demonstrate a high sense of urgencyBenefits Starting from Day 1:
