Provo, UT Job Details 22 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help keep our hotel running smoothly and our guest experience exceptional. In this role, you will support the day-to-day upkeep of the property by responding to service requests, completing repairs, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. What You Will Do Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues and support ongoing reliability. Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repair tasks as needed. Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and outstanding repair needs. Support routine safety checks and help ensure compliance with property standards and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guests during maintenance work. Help keep maintenance areas organized, stocked, and clean. What We Are Looking For Previous maintenance experience in hospitality, facilities, or a related environment is preferred. Working knowledge of general repair techniques and building systems. Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete tasks efficiently with attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call needs. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a hotel, resort, or similarly fast-paced guest-facing environment. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs or work order systems. Relevant technical training, certifications, or trade experience.
