•30/hr DOE Most maintenance jobs are about closing tickets. Ours is about taking care of people's homes and investments like they're our own. Lineage Property Management is a boutique, growing property management company serving owners and Residents across Utah. We don't outsource and we don't do "good enough." We're looking for a skilled, self-driven technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What you'll do Handle repairs across multifamily and small residential properties: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, doors, and fixtures Complete unit turns so homes are clean, functional, and move-in ready Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections Diagnose the root cause of issues, not just the symptom Communicate professionally with Residents, give clear updates, and leave every unit better than you found it Document work orders, photos, and materials in our PM software What we're looking for 1+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience Solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair Own tools and reliable vehicle; valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Friendly, professional, and respectful in people's homes How we work Bias for
