ALLFIX LLC FIELD TECHNICIAN

ABOUT THE POSITION
AllFix is looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Field Technician to join our growing team. Our Technicians perform a wide variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, remodeling, and construction work. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, works well independently and with a team, and understands that great customer service is just as important as great workmanship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform residential and commercial repair, remodeling, maintenance, and construction work. Complete work according to Allfix standards, approved scopes, safety requirements, and applicable codes. Provide professional and respectful customer service in customers' homes and businesses. Accurately track time, materials, receipts, notes, and job progress using Housecall Pro . Take clear before, during, and after photos to document completed work. Identify additional customer needs and communicate potential work opportunities to the Project Manager. Communicate job-site problems, unexpected conditions, material needs, and schedule concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and company property. Work safely and follow all Allfix safety policies and procedures. Work as part of a team with Project Managers, Estimators, CSRs, and other Technicians.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work. Professional communication and customer service skills. General construction knowledge and experience with common hand and power tools. Ability and willingness to learn new skills. Good problem-solving ability. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to perform the physical requirements of construction work. Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, doors and trim, siding, roofing, demolition, or remodeling is a plus.

Pay:
$25.47 - $30.67 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
