Job description: Aerial Technician Join a team that builds the communication networks communities rely on every day. Holtger Bros., Inc. is hiring an Aerial Technician to install and maintain overhead fiber cable systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, traveling, and being part of a skilled team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain overhead cable systems Operate bucket trucks and climb poles using approved climbing equipment Install trunk cable, strand, and lashing Read CATV and Fiber prints Hand-dig around utilities when needed Feed cable, install pedestals, drive ground rods, and support job site operations Assist underground crews when aerial work is limited

Qualifications:

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license (must meet insurance requirements) CDL Class A or willingness to obtain preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and on a team
