In this on-site role, you will perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems to keep equipment safe and road-ready. You will complete preventive maintenance, document all work, and follow strict safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize fleet uptime and reliability. Use diagnostic tools, software, and service manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Document all repairs, parts used, and inspections in maintenance systems accurately and timely. Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and DOT/compliance standards. Collaborate with operations and dispatch to prioritize repairs and reduce vehicle downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and adhere to company safety policies. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on equipment, technology, and best practices.
