Job Description
Established in 1993, Tetrad Services, Inc. has been located in Red Bluff, California. Providing services for Steam Turbine Generators and Rotating Equipment through maintenance and/or repair onsite or in repair facility. Tetrad Services, Inc. maintains a full-time staff of qualified professionals from Consultants, Technical Representatives, Craft Mechanics, Machinists, Balance Technicians and welders. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to perform field visits, troubleshoot issues, and handle equipment maintenance and repairs. You will also guide clients on proper equipment use, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities Conduct field visits for service, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose and resolve technical problems Install and oversee site repair work Prepare accurate service reports and maintain documentation Support team members and follow company protocols Build strong client relationships and address customer inquiries Requirements High school diploma or GED; technical certification required Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in construction Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects Flexible schedule and willingness to travel Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
