Overview of role:

Assist in delivering and setting up rental equipment: temp climate control, fencing, and delivery of equipment

Quality and Customer Service:

Represent the brand professionally and give our customers the best service they expect.

Safety:

Act with a safety first mentality

Development:

We will train you on the job to learn new skills.

Driving:

Safely load, transport, and offload equipment. Maintain a clean truck and professional appearance while communicating clearly with dispatch.

Setup:

Assist our team in the field in setting up our specialty rental equipment (climate control, trailers, and fencing) at our customer site

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card (company paid) 1 year of customer experience or light maintenance background Mechanically inclined: Proficient with hand/power tools; ability to diagnose/repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.

Driving Ability:

Confident in navigating using maps/routing directions and capable of pulling a trailer both forward and backward.

Availability:

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, snow, rain, and ice).

You must be able to:

Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 150 lbs occasionally. Walk on uneven terrain (gravel, snow, construction sites)
