Learn more about us at www.tcfinest.com. Position Overview Twin Cities Finest is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Restoration Technician to join our team. No previous restoration experience is required. We provide all necessary training, tools, and equipment. A company vehicle will be provided during working hours. Responsibilities As a Restoration Technician, you will: Provide exceptional customer service throughout each project. Work closely with other team members to complete the assigned scope of work. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and cleanliness at both the shop and job sites. Properly maintain company equipment, supplies, vehicles, and tools. Report equipment malfunctions or damage in accordance with company policies and procedures. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management. Participate in an on-call rotation.

Job duties may include:

Water extraction. Removal of damaged or finished building materials. Cleaning structures affected by fire, smoke, mold, or water damage. Working in Category 3 contaminated environments. Setting drying and restoration equipment in accordance with IICRC standards. Documenting job progress using industry-specific software. Completing other restoration-related duties as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be: Customer-service oriented. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Friendly, positive, and professional. Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning new tools and equipment. Able to quickly learn industry software. Adaptable to changing schedules and job-site conditions. Candidates must also:

Have a valid driver's license. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Be willing to participate in an on-call rotation. Be willing to submit to a background check.
