Universal Appliance Repair Technician (Independent Contractor) - Dallas, TX Trust Pro is a rapidly growing appliance repair company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area, and we're looking for experienced independent contractors who want to run their own business while benefiting from a steady flow of service calls. This opportunity is best suited for entrepreneurial technicians who already operate under an LLC, are comfortable providing pricing directly to customers, and understand a profit-sharing compensation model. This is not an hourly position. Your earnings depend on your performance, sales, and the work you complete. What We Offer High earning potential, $100,000+ per year. Profit split compensation model. Strong management support. Responsibilities Travel to customer homes throughout the Phoenix area. Diagnose and repair residential appliances. Work on both high-end and standard appliance brands. Create estimates and present pricing to customers on-site. Sell repair solutions with confidence and professionalism. Deliver outstanding customer service. Maintain service records and manage parts inventory. Qualifications Must operate under an LLC. Minimum 2 years of professional appliance repair experience. Universal appliance repair experience across both premium and standard brands. Comfortable creating estimates, quoting customers, and closing sales. Experience working on a profit split or commission-based model. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Own professional tools and reliable transportation.
