What You'll Do:
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems across a consistent volume of local routes Handle advanced troubleshooting and complex service calls Recommend replacements, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades Drive revenue through service agreements and customer-first solutions Lead by example in technical quality and customer service Mentor apprentice and junior technicians in the field Maintain communication with dispatch, parts, and installation teams
What We're Looking For:
