Drive student success by providing one-on-one mentorship and constructive feedback on technical projects. Contribute to the evolution of training materials by integrating current industry standards and emerging HVAC technologies. Promote a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous adherence to industry-standard protocols and equipment handling procedures. Assess student progress through hands-on evaluations to ensure competency in system installation and service. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent credential. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or boiler systems. Demonstrated ability to explain complex mechanical concepts clearly to diverse learners. Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, supportive approach to professional development. Preferred Skills Active EPA 608 Universal Certification. OSHA 10 or 30-hour safety certification. Prior experience in technical instruction or formal mentorship roles. Proficiency in modern HVAC service, installation, and preventative maintenance workflows.
