We're seeking a highly experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to join our growing team! This is a senior-level technical position focused on warranty calls, callbacks, advanced troubleshooting, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HVAC professional with extensive field experience who can confidently diagnose complex issues, identify the root cause of system problems, and ensure work meets Energy Services' standards for quality and customer satisfaction. What You Get Steady, year-round work Competitive earning potential Weekly pay Company-provided vehicle, tools, and technology Full benefits package + 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and generous PTO Career growth and ongoing technical training What You'll Do Take on HVAC warranty calls, callbacks, and solve complex service issues requiring an advanced level of technical expertise Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, packaged units, Magic-Pak systems, PTAC units, and other equipment Troubleshoot both residential and commercial HVAC systems and applications Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections to ensure installations and repairs meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes Serve as a senior technical resource when complicated HVAC issues require additional troubleshooting or expertise Document findings, repairs, warranty work, and corrective actions accurately using company technology Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer care on every call What You Need 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems and equipment Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, packaged equipment, Magic-Pak systems, PTAC units, and related HVAC equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to confidently work with customers in challenging situations Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, including the ability to identify difficult or recurring system issues Strong understanding of proper HVAC installation practices, system operation, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards EPA Certification required NATE Certification is a plus Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to getting the job done correctly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments Join a company that values experienced technicians and takes pride in standing behind its work.
