This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-first attitude. You will lead an Installation Assistant, ensure high-quality work, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job. ️ Job Summary The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the full installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, IAQ products, and related components.
