Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, gas furnaces, oil furnaces and ductless mini splits Effectively communicate with customers throughout the service call process Conduct field service visits to client sites to assess system performance, perform repairs, and recommend improvements. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments to identify faults and execute repairs. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed in compliance with company standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years as a residential HVAC service technician is required Proven experience as a service technician with expertise in HVAC systems; construction or property maintenance experience is highly valued. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles. Demonstrated experience working with air conditioning systems, gas furnaces, boilers, and plumbing is preferred. Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting complex systems on-site. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively; welding skills are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
