Job Summary We are seeking experienced skilled HVAC and Structural Technician to join our team in Childress, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems and structural components, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards Utilize hand tools and mechanical skills to perform system repairs and installations efficiently Support HVAC/R (refrigeration) projects by assisting with design modifications and system upgrades Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining professional relationships Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and system performance data Experience Candidates should possess a comprehensive background in construction or mechanical trades with specific experience in HVAC or related fields. Prior service technician experience is highly valued.
