- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, airflow, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Explain problems and repair options clearly to homeowners
- Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate
- Complete service records and maintain a clean company vehicle
- Deliver professional, 5-star customer service Requirements
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to lift at least 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and Texas heat
- EPA Section 608 Certification preferred We're looking for dependable technicians who want to grow their income and career with a professional, customer-focused HVAC company.
