Job Description
## Job Summary We are looking for an entry level worker for electrical and mechanical assembly. Our company promotes from within , so this position is always the first step towards a higher position. New hires will be invited to more responsible roles after they have demonstrated a solid work ethic, and have proven they can accurately perform basic tasks. As a small company, we have various positions to fill, so there are lots of opportunities to move up. ## Duties
- Assemble electrical wiring harnesses and mechanical assemblies.
- Operate machinery for basic machining tasks
- Master various assembly tasks in a workflow directed environment. ## Other Opportunities
- Candidates can also do work in Shipping and Receiving if they have the desire and the aptitude.
- Candidates can be given maintenance roles if they have the desire and the aptitude.
- Candidates with prior management experience should inform us of their intent to occupy such a role at our company. We do not have a listing for a management role, but are willing to interview for one if provided with suitable credentials. ## Skills
- You must have prior experience in some kind of assembly work, or in machining or in shipping and receiving.
- It's a plus to have some very basic knowledge of simple machining processes.
