Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Maintenance Electromechanic Technician to keep our foundry equipment running safely and reliably. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, casting lines, and control systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support continuous improvement in a heavy industrial environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment, conveyors, and foundry machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools Install, align, and repair motors, gearboxes, sensors, and control components Calibrate and test equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation and minimize downtime Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping standards in a heavy industrial environment Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and findings in the CMMS system Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders Support continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and reliability projects Required Skills Industrial electromechanical maintenance Electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC) Reading mechanical/electrical schematics Preventive and predictive maintenance PLC and control systems basics Mechanical repair and alignment Hydraulics and pneumatics Welding and basic fabrication Use of multimeters and test equipment CMMS maintenance software
