Mon-Fri 8:0am - 4:30pm; 30 minute lunch This will be for a Manufactured Homes community in Citrus Heights, CA Candidates with MH , Multifamily or Residential Handyman/ Maintenance experience encouraged to apply Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resdiential maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role involves ensuring that the community is maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct welding tasks as needed for structural repairs or modifications. Apply electrical experience to diagnose and fix electrical issues within the facility. Read and interpret schematics to understand complex systems and components. Engage in facilities maintenance activities including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards of the property. Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
