Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Property Care Taker Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This energetic role involves supporting the maintenance and upkeep of of our properties and new construction projects, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. Duties Assist with routine maintenance tasks including grounds maintenance, cleaning up of job sites, minor plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting to keep properties in excellent condition Assisting senior maintenance members and subcontractors with projects and maintenance Use hand tools, schematics, and electrical equipment to troubleshoot and repair building systems Conduct building interior and exterior maintenance including painting, drywall repairs, and general cleaning Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or resident concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge with experience in landscape maintenance, basic building repair, and operations Experience with basic maintenance and repair, and electrical equipment repair is preferred Strong communication skills for clear instructions and reporting Must Have Dependable transportation Valid driver's license with no recent violations 100% Smoke and Vape Free working environment Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience working with hand tools and landscape and building maintenance setting Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values proactive problem-solving and high-quality property care.
