Job Description
Apply Job Type Full-time Description Main Purpose To perform any manual labor tasks as assigned safely and efficiently. Follow instructions as issued with minimal supervision. Essential Functions Clean all offices, office bathrooms, and yard bathrooms, which will entail emptying garbage cans and containers, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Clean yard grounds and police the general plant and shop areas to pick up and dispose of all trash, paper, cans, and steel scrap. Perform general maintenance, replacing bathroom supplies (soap, paper, etc.), repairing bathroom fixtures, repainting signs, and washing office buildings. Move furniture inside offices. Cut grass with gasoline power mowers. Operate gas-powered weed eater weighing approximately 20-25 pounds. Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
