Salary based on experience and licensure. 22.97 entry llevel 32.47 Experience with Boiler license. Summary/Objective To ensure an environmentally safe living space for Residents. To follow directions in a preventative maintenance program and to perform small daily repairs. These services are consistent with the home's standards and philosophy and are in compliance with all regulations, codes, policies and procedures that govern the facility. Requirements/Qualifications A high school education or equivalent is preferred. EPA Certification is preferred. Knowledge of operation of facility and building equipment. Knowledge and experience with HVAC equipment. Knowledge and experience with electrical systems and components. Knowledge and experience with plumbing systems. Minimum of 2 years on the job experience in maintenance. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. Speak and understand spoken and written English. Perform, follow and adhere to proper body mechanics necessary to perform duties. Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in cooperation with others. Possess the ability to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Core Competencies Detail-oriented to prioritize work demands and manage time effectively. Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to complete assigned tasks.
