On-Site Maintenance Cavalli-Strom Properties Saint Paul, MN Job Details Full-time | Contract $45,000 - $60,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Residential painting Live-in employment experience Driver's License Residential housekeeping Electrical maintenance Property management Full Job Description We are looking for an on-site maintenance to live on-site for FREE in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. In return, the manager will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of 3 properties as well as performing all necessary maintenance needs for these properties. Duties included but are not limited to: Uphold Association rules and standards. Effective and prompt communication with building owner when issues arise and on a frequent basis. Meet with potential residents to show vacant apartments (as needed). Weekly cleaning of common areas (laundry rooms, stairs, and outside of buildings). Ensure smoke detectors and common area lights are all functioning. Clean and prep apartments after move out for new tenants. (cleaning/painting/wall patch repair etc.) This may include remodeling damaged or old areas that need to be updated. Small electrical and plumbing repairs as needed (leaky faucets, broken switches, water heaters, etc.) Appliance repair and install (washer/dryer/furnace/garbage disposals/dishwashers) Candidates must be able to balance workload, including daily grounds clean up and other maintenance requests in a timely manner based on level of importance. The candidate must have professional, efficient and effective communication skills with tenants, maintenance manager and building owner. Accepted applicant will be provided with an on site apartment with a month-to-month lease contingent on job performance along with a payment of $2,000/month as an independent contractor (similar compensation equivalent to a $60,000 annual salary).
