Help Keep One of Table Rock Lake's Hidden Gems Looking Its Best! Happy Hollow Resort is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our maintenance team. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. No two days are ever the same. One morning you may be beautifying the grounds, another afternoon you could be helping prepare boats for guests, maintaining the pool, or completing cabin repairs. If you enjoy variety and staying active, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the resort Weed eating, edging, weed control, and general grounds beautification Leaf blowing sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces Empty trash receptacles throughout the property Clean and maintain outdoor grills and fire pit areas Restock firewood and guest amenities as needed Assist with daily pool and hot tub maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, vacuuming, and maintenance logs. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests Assist with cabin maintenance including painting, sanding, touch-up work, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance Inspect the property for safety hazards and maintenance concerns Assist with boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, including safety inspections and guest orientation Work alongside the resort management team to complete daily maintenance priorities Assist with seasonal projects and general property improvements as needed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail Can work independently with minimal supervision Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping guests Is physically able to lift, bend, climb, and work on their feet throughout the day Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience with any of the following is a plus: Basic plumbing Basic electrical work Carpentry or general handyman experience Boat operation or maintenance Small engine repair Landscaping or groundskeeping Pool and hot tub maintenance Don't worry if you don't have experience in every area—we're happy to train someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Schedule This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Because maintenance priorities change daily, flexibility is important. Work assignments are based on the resort's needs and are coordinated with the Resort Manager, who also performs maintenance duties.
