Maintenance Assistant
  • Part-Time Oshkosh Converting LLC

  • 22 per hour | Up to 30 hours per week Oshkosh Converting LLC is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support our Maintenance Director with a variety of maintenance, repair, and facility-related projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is handy, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working on different projects each day . You do not need to be a highly experienced industrial maintenance technician—we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to get things done. Responsibilities Complete maintenance tasks and projects assigned by our Maintenance Director Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs Perform general facility maintenance and improvements Help with equipment installation, setup, and modifications Use basic hand and power tools safely Assist with preventative maintenance activities Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues Help keep maintenance areas, tools, and parts organized Support miscellaneous projects throughout our manufacturing facilities Qualifications Must be handy and mechanically inclined Comfortable using common hand and power tools Able to work independently after receiving direction Dependable and willing to tackle a variety of projects Good problem-solving skills Manufacturing or maintenance experience is helpful but not required Ability to safely perform physical maintenance work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working on your feet Schedule Part-time
  • up to 30 hours per week Schedule can be discussed based on availability and company needs Pay $20
  • 22 per hour , based on experience and capabilities.
