Developing, training and motivating team members to acquire maximum efficiency, productivity, cooperation and morale. Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs. Reviewing operational schedules and coordinating maintenance activities. Supervising the off-hour emergency response to repair equipment and stabilize damages. Maintaining awareness of plant maintenance policies and procedures, and ensuring proper adherence by team members. Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Technical Field OR equivalent education and experience Minimum five years industrial maintenance experience in assembly or machining operations Basic computer skills - including ability to use email, calendar, word processing and spreadsheet software SAP knowledge/experience preferred Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing maintenance processes related to machinery, carpentry, electrical, etc. Strong electrical background preferred Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of personnel and maintenance problems Good interpersonal skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
