Supervisor Maintenance - 3rd Shift Briggs & Stratton, LLC. United States, Alabama, Auburn 150 Technology Pkwy (Show on map) Aug 21, 2026 - As a Supervisor Maintenance your goal is to supervise and coordinate the activities of team members with regard to construction, modification and maintenance of equipment, building and grounds. #LI-MD1 #LI-Onsite You will do this by: Coordinating the effective utilization of team member skills for the maintenance of plant equipment, buildings and grounds. Developing, training and motivating team members to acquire maximum efficiency, productivity, cooperation and morale. Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs. Reviewing operational schedules and coordinating maintenance activities. Supervising the off-hour emergency response to repair equipment and stabilize damages. Maintaining awareness of plant maintenance policies and procedures, and ensuring proper adherence by team members. Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Technical Field OR equivalent education and experience Minimum five years industrial maintenance experience in assembly or machining operations Basic computer skills - including ability to use email, calendar, word processing and spreadsheet software SAP knowledge/experience preferred Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing maintenance processes related to machinery, carpentry, electrical, etc. Strong electrical background preferred Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of personnel and maintenance problems Good interpersonal skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
