Certification Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our apartment community in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our maintenance equipment and systems, while also managing a team of maintenance professionals. Duties:

Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems Provide guidance and training on electrical, plumbing, appliance needs Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring up to date documentation for compliance purposes Management of budget, schedules, and on call emergencies

Experience:

Proven property maintenance experience in a supervisory role with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong, hands-on maintenance knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage/low voltage), appliance repair/replace, and industrial maintenance practices Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing; familiarity with HVAC controls is preferred Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping.
