Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Carwash & Detail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our self-service wash and vehicle reconditioning facility in the Northwest Suburbs. The ideal candidate will combine technical automotive detailing expertise with strong site management to keep facilities running efficiently, equipment maintained, and quality standards high. Key Responsibilities Manage overall site operations, customer service, and daily upkeep of a self-service carwash facility. Oversee hands-on automotive detailing processes, quality control, and reconditioning operations. Perform routine monitoring, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of self-service bay equipment, chemical delivery systems, and soap/wax inventory. Train, schedule, and supervise attendant and detailing staff to maintain high operational standards and site safety. Maintain facility cleanliness, resolve customer inquiries, and optimize daily throughput.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience :
Direct experience in automotive detailing and carwash site management required.
Software:
Experience with DRB Systems is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with self-service equipment and ability to perform basic repairs.
Schedule:
Ability to work 45-50 hours per week, including weekends as operational needs require.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
