The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and facilities management, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to managing maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety and functionality of all equipment, and supervising a dedicated team of maintenance professionals. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of facility systems and equipment. Manage maintenance budget. Supervise maintenance staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality work standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions effectively. On 24 hour call for emergencies. Follow established fire safety, disaster, and evacuation policy and procedure. Maintains building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. Experience Minimum of three (3) years. Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management is essential. Strong electrical skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a collaborative work environment. Must be licensed in accordance with applicable standards, codes, labor laws, and regulation. Mechanical knowledge is crucial for diagnosing issues and performing repairs on various types of machinery. Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable, showcasing leadership capabilities in a maintenance setting.
