Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and facility operations, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to join their team. As a Maintenance Lead, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits.

K Sign-On Bonus Shift:
3rd Shift (10pm-6am) Monday - Friday What's the Job? Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating and executing maintenance activities across the facility. Lead, train, and support maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance. Support preventative maintenance planning and recommend permanent solutions to recurring equipment issues. Communicate critical maintenance situations and escalate concerns when guidance or support is needed. Utilize tools and equipment to maintain, inspect, adjust, repair, and replace machinery and facility equipment. What's Needed? Experience in repairing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and facility equipment. Proficiency in electrical equipment involving DC and AC voltages and control devices such as sensors and switches. Ability to operate welding and metalworking equipment for fabrication and repairs. Strong communication skills to effectively escalate and report maintenance issues. Physical ability to climb, crawl, bend, lift 25-50 lbs., and work at heights in various environmental conditions.
