Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance operations for a large property management portfolio. This role leads maintenance staff, coordinates work orders, and manages move out repairs and inspections. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with strong troubleshooting, organizational and customer service skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your management expertise and technical knowledge to support our operational excellence. Duties Supervise and schedule maintenance staff; assign and monitor work, promote teamwork, accountability and quality. Coordinate and prioritize emergency and routine work orders, property turns, move-out inspections move-in preparation. Coordinate vendors and contractors, including obtaining estimates, overseeing work and ensuring completion. Respond to property emergencies and participate in after-hours rotation when required. Identify property issues and recommend repairs, replacement or capital improvements. Communicate professionally with residents, property owners, vendors and team members. Review and process vendor invoices ensuring timely and accurate submission to accounting. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Occasional weekend availability based on sign up. Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of property, apartment, facility or related maintenance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices and residential building systems with the ability to troubleshoot repairs across multiple trades. Construction, HVAC, electrical or plumbing experience a plus. Strong organizational, time-management, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, lead a team, manage competing priorities and respond to emergencies. Basic computer skills and familiarity with work order/maintenance software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push and pull equipment and materials. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel and climb ladders. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
