About Us SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations started in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Maintenance Planner Technician to coordinate, schedule, and support maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal production downtime in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed preventative and predictive maintenance plans for all plant equipment. Review incoming maintenance requests and prioritize based on criticality and equipment availability Schedule predictive maintenance activities in coordination with production schedules to minimize downtime. Track and report on work order completion rates, backlog, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Determine necessary materials and parts for scheduled jobs and ensure availability. Keep track of inventory and manage spare parts; order materials as needed to support routine and emergency repairs. Maintain updated equipment history, maintenance records, manuals, and job plans. Analyze equipment failure data and identify trends to recommend reliability improvements. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues. Constantly analyze, implement Lean, and make proposals for the improvement of quality management and environmental standards. Ensure all maintenance work complies with OSHA, company safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Ability to fill in for MRO Buyer and Maintenance Engineer if needed.
We believe you:
Have at least 1-2 years of Manufacturing Industry experience in Maintenance areas. Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and highly automated equipment is an advantage. The ability to perform safely at all times. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
