Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Media, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on facilities maintenance professional who can lead technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance, oversee repairs, and serve as a technical resource for building systems and facility operations. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key role in keeping facilities safe, functional, compliant, and well maintained. This position offers the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, steady operational needs, and the chance to contribute directly to building improvements, maintenance planning, and long-term facility reliability. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily maintenance department operations, including scheduling, assigning, and reviewing work performed by maintenance technicians.
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance schedules, procedures, inspections, and work order processes.
  • Coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, machinery, and major building systems.
  • Serve as an in-house technical resource by assessing building systems, identifying repair needs, and recommending appropriate action.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, design firms, and internal purchasing teams for maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement projects.
  • Prepare reports, provide maintenance activity updates, and respond to emergency or after-hours repair needs as required. Compensation and Benefits
