Part time opening for an individual experienced in exterior and interior building maintenance with average and above skill levels in painting, staining, electric, plumbing and carpentry. A strong background in preventative maintenance and many personal contacts in the various trades in order to resource and provide for assistance in the building repair and maintenance tasks would be useful. Starting pay commensurate with experience.
