It carries on business in three segments: metals service centers, energy field stores and steel distributors. Its network of metals service centers carries an extensive line of metal products in a wide range of sizes, shapes and specifications, including carbon hot rolled and cold finished steel, pipe and tubular products, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous specialty metals. Its energy field stores carry a specialized product line focused on the needs of the energy industry customers. Its steel distributors' operations act as master distributors selling steel in large volumes to other steel service centers and large equipment manufacturers mainly on an "as is" basis.
Position Overview:
Always wears Proper PPE Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner Follow and reinforce established safety protocol, including machine lockout tag out Troubleshoot issues and participate in root cause analysis Identify and resolve recurring maintenance issues Solicit feedback from machine operators to assist in the diagnosis of issues Coordinate activities with other maintenance staff members as needed Fabricate fixtures or hardware in support of equipment modifications Install and set up new equipment Assist or direct preventative maintenance activities Assist or direct changeover activities as needed All other duties as assigned. Maintains reports and documents of maintenance activities.
