Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities, providing direction, training, and support to maintenance personnel. Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems. Develop, track, and maintain maintenance performance KPIs. Manage work orders and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production needs. Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and routine equipment/facility inspections. Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate outside contractors and skilled trades for specialized repairs, installations, and projects. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of maintenance parts, supplies, tools, and equipment. Coach and develop maintenance team members while driving accountability and overall team performance. Support the upkeep of production areas, offices, buildings, and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient facility. Qualifications Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical/electrical maintenance. Experience with preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory requirements. Experience developing or tracking maintenance KPIs is preferred.
