Available Benefits Help for . R.E.E. McDonalds is seeking a reliable and skilled Certified Refrigeration & Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and refrigeration systems. The selected candidate will support 29 McDonalds locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) and will play an important role in ensuring equipment reliability and safety. Job Duties
Maintain and repair refrigeration systems.
Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
Ensure equipment reliability, functionality, and safety.
Travel to and support McDonalds restaurant locations throughout the RGV.
Identify equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment needed to perform job duties.
Requirements
Previous refrigeration and/or equipment repair experience required.
HVAC certification is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers license required.
Self-motivated, dependable, and reliable.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
