Seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians (Field Installers) to join our growing installation team. Duties/Responsibilities:

Install GutterDome ultra-premium gutter guard systems at customer homes Measure, cut, and fit gutter guards to each home's roofline Perform safe roof, ladder, and gutter assessments on every job Maintain a clean, professional work site from start to finish Complete installation paperwork and on-site photos accurately Interface professionally with customers, sales, and support teams Operate company tools and equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements/Skills:

Prior field installation, roofing, or construction experience a plus Comfortable working on ladders and at heights safely Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Positive attitude with a desire to succeed Work well with little direct supervision Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation with a clean DMV driving record and valid state driver's license

•Prior experience in gutter guard, roofing, or home improvement installation is strongly preferred

Flexible - Weekday and Weekend installation schedules
