In this vital role, you'll perform service calls, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial fire sprinkler systems of all types and ages. Learn more about us at www.servicefireinc.com Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems. Diagnose and resolve issues on fire sprinkler systems and related components in commercial and industrial settings. Complete service calls efficiently, maintaining professionalism with customers, property managers, and maintenance supervisors. Accurately document work performed and materials used via mobile software or service tickets. Ensure compliance with NFPA, state, and local fire codes at all times. Collaborate with team members to schedule and complete work orders. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in excellent working condition. Represent Service Fire, Inc. with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler service, maintenance, or inspection. RME-I License preferred but not required. Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and hydraulic principles. Proven ability to troubleshoot a wide range of system types and technologies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing environments. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
